Mutandiss - Training

Each partnership project -being consultancy, training or project support- is preceeded by
one or more intake interviews.These interviews help to fingerpoint needs and hidden
needs, goals, context and the bounderies of the project. Based on the outcome,
Mutandiss will present an overall set-up of the project. Hands on assignments for
trainees is key offering direct return in terms of experience and project results.
During each project Mutandiss will report on progress and extra or new findings. Each
project is concluded with a final discussion in which bothways an overall evaluation is
done about the project and -if required- a "what's next" indication.

The trainee learns to define the most sense making approach in given conditions. Techniques include DMAIC, Ishikawa, 7-steps methode, 8D approach, Kaizen,... Depending on the scope of the assignment, class room trainings can be complemented with individual coaching on department specific issues. top Process improvement Do we realy know our processes. This training is aimed to create another way of looking at what we do and how we do it. Activities are brought back to their basics by means of flow charting. Based on the "as is" model we review again the process and distinguish between value added activities and money consuming process steps.Based on this analysis the training team will work towards a lean process that adds value and reduces lead time. Risk to produce scrap. Risk mitigation trainings focus on assessment of process weaknesses. Processes are reviewed based on FMEA approach : every process step is evaluated on negative effects if this step would go wrong. Each failing step is assessed on severity, frequency of occurance, degree of early detection. Doing so, most weak parts can easily be detected and either resolved, reduced in frequent occurance or increase its probability of detection.
