Hereunder is an overview of our in-company training offer.

  • Lean Six Sigma

     

  • Modular training : are derived from above modules, and are focused on specific tools selected in function of your needs. The list below is therefore not limited.
    • FMEA : Faillure Mode and Effect Analysis : Ford accredated training (mandatory coorperation with Allanta VZW)
    • G8D : Global 8D : Ford accredated training (mandatory coorperation with Allanta VZW)

  • This is an introduction training for your operational staff. After this training participants know Lean Six Sigma basics and how the organisation can apply the methodology.
    Duration : 1/2 day to 1 day (depending on content)

  • Basic training. Participants can apply basic problemsolving tools following the DMAIC roadmap to business problems.
    Duration : 2 days.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
    Advanced training. Participants are able to solve business problems using DMAIC project approaches as improvement initiative leader and/or as teammember in a Black Belt project team. The Green Belt training content is in line with the Certified Six SIgma Green Belt training Body of Knowledge by the American Society for Quality (ASQ CSSGB). Participants are asked to bring a problem from their organisation and develop a training project around this. Typical savings for green belt project are in the magnitude of 10.000 tot 50.000 euro/year per project and more is always a possibility.
    Duration : 8 days  devided over different modules, eg. 4+4 days in 2 consequtive months or 4x2days (in 4 to 6 weeks). 
    Certificate of participatione : ja, after full attendence.
    Certification : Optional, after presentation of a Green Belt Project, documented in line with DMAIC structure and signed off by the particpant's organisation and successfully passing the Green Belt examen.

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
    Expert training. Participants are trained  to be projectleaders able to execute projects solving your strategic, complex business problems following the DMAIC roadmap. Black belts act as internal green belt coaches in your organisation. With a supplementary train-the-trainer training, they are able to train Green Belts themselves. The Black Belt training contant is based on the Six Sigma Black Belt body of knowledge by the American Society for Quality (ASQ CSSBB). Participants work on an actual problem case from their organisation as a training project. Typical Black Belt project savings are 50.000 to 150.000 euro/year and per project, more is always a possibility.
    Duration : 20 days, spread over 4 1-week modules in a time span of  4 to 6 months.
    Certificate of participation : ja, after full attendence.
    Certification : Optional, after presentation of 2 Black Belt Projects, documented in line with DMAIC structure and signed off by the particpant's organisation and successfully passing the Black Belt examen.

  • Lean Six Sigma Money Belt
    This training is specialy designed for finance people. A corner stone in Lean Six SIgma is the financial validation of cost associated with the problem, the cost of poor quality. To prioritise projects Project Champions and Green/Black Belts make a preliminary estimation of potential project savings. During and especially after the improvements have been implemented, the organisation should validate, accept and sign-off project savings. Usually this is done by someone in the finance department. During the money belt training, the finance responsible  gets a Six Sigma fundamentals training with the linkage to the financial consequences.
    Duration : 3 days or Yellow Belt + 1 additional day.
    Certificate of participation: yes, after full attendance.
    Certification : no.

  • Lean Six Sigma Project Coach
    The Project Coach is the management coach for Green/Black Belts. The Project Coach is familiar with Six Sigma fundamentals (like Yellow belt) and is able to select "good" Lean Six Sigma projects to be executed by the Green/Black Belts. The Project Coach monitors Six Sigma project progress and helps to clear project execution roadblocks. 
    Duration : 3 days or Yellow Belt + 1 additional day.

    Certification : no.

  • Lean Six Sigma Executive Summary
    This is an awareness training for the management. What is Lean Six Sigma and what are the potential benefits for my organisation?  What are potential results in terms of quality, productivity and proces lead times ? What is my managemen role  enable a succesfull Lean Six Sigma program deployment ?
    Duration : 1/2 to 1 day (depending on your needs)
